Our model permits us to offer customer-tailored products contrary to the product-led approach of companies selling only their own in-house product.

Our model is sustained by proven tools like Six Sigma, Business Process Modeling (BPM), value chains and project management techniques (PRINCE2, PMBOK). These are used to determine the appropriate approach for an assignment.

Why have we adopted this model ?

We aim to provide a tailored fit between customers and suppliers resulting in a partnership based on mutual trust. Therefore first we ascertain customers needs and expectations. Then we provide a specially tailored product meeting those requirements using in-house products and/or third-party products. These products are the result of a rigorous supplier selection process.
